Using a circular weaving machine, polypropylene threads are woven by shuttle method to produce tubular fabric.

Cutting Fabric into Bags

With the help of automatic machines, the fabric is cut into blanks of the required size for bag production.

Bag Sewing

Using sewing machines, the bottoms of the bags are folded and stitched. The top edges can also be processed with hems or edging. Polyethylene liners may be inserted inside the bags and sewn to the top.

Packaging and Storage of Bags

Finished bags are stacked into bales of 1000 or 500 pieces. They are then pressed, wrapped with polypropylene fabric or tied with threads, and sent to the warehouse.
